Shipping Policy

We've teamed up with Royal Mail to offer the best shipping methods for our customers, ensuring the best possible delivery experience. Below we've outlined all you need to know before you place an order with us:

Shipping Costs - We offer subsidised Royal Mail shipping rates for our customers on ALL orders in the UK. Shipping costs are dependent on the product/ products purchased and the shipping method chosen. We offer a variety of shipping methods ranging from free delivery on smaller items, standard 2-3 working days, or next day delivery on selected items. For more detailed shipping details for your specific order you can view all our shipping options, with cost, at checkout. 

Delivery Times - We work with Royal mail to ensure all our parcels are delivered in a secure and timely manner. Delivery times for your order are dependent on the shipping option you have chosen at checkout. For Royal Mail standard shipping we aim to deliver your package within 2-3 days upon receiving your order.

Order Tracking - All our orders are tracked via Royal Mail. Once your order has been placed you will receive order and tracking confirmation via email. To track your parcel, click the link in the confirmation email to see the estimated delivery date and time.  

Returns, Refund or Exchanges - We get it, sometimes it just doesn't work out for you. We offer 30 day returns on all items still in original condition. You can find out more about our returns policy on our Returns/ Refunds web page. 

Missing or lost package - It is very unusual for one of our packages to go missing. However, in the event that this occurs we have a dedicated customer service team to help you. If you're experiencing issues, you can contact us at bark@oh-heck.co.uk.
